The uncertain ordered weighted averaging adequacy coefficient operator

چکیده

This article introduces the uncertain ordered weighted averaging adequacy coefficient (UOWAAC) operator. novel operator uses (OWA) operator, coefficient, and interval numbers in a single formulation. also extends UOWAAC by using order-inducing variables reordering process of input arguments. new extension is called induced (UIOWAAC) The presents an application approach multi-criteria group decision making (MCGDM) problem about international expansion. In addition, comparative analysis conducted with purpose demonstrating superiority UIOWAAC aggregation operators specific situations. Likewise, use basic information (BUI) discussed. results show usefulness these real-life problems under uncertainty, particularly when maker wants to compare different alternatives ideal but without giving any penalty or reward case that levels are exceeded.
